Yellow Shop Shop Online offers free standard shipping to the 48 contiguous United States for all orders over $75. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or nationally observed US holidays. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO
The cost for shipping is $7.95 per order. Items are shipped via FedEx SmartPost and arrive within 8-20 business days.
International shipping is currently not available. If you have any questions, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We can only accept returns for items purchased at yellowboxshoes.com. If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply return your item(s) within 30 days from the delivered date for a refund.
•Items returned must be unworn, in new condition and in the original box.
•Pierced earrings, earrings pendants are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety.
•We do not refund original shipping or return shipping charges.
•Unfortunately we do not accept returns for Yellow Box products purchased at department stores, specialty stores or other websites.
•Clearance/Final Sale merchandise marked with [FS] on our website may not be returned or exchanged.
•A restocking fee of 10% will be charged for all returns with 3 or more items.
We reserve the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued.
We are unable to provide shipping labels or reimbursement for international returns at this time.
All returns must first be approved by our customer service team. Please contact us via phone at 888-279-3600 or email at email@example.com. Unauthorized returned items will not be accepted.

There are two options for returning your item(s):
- Option 1: Standard Return Shipping
If you prefer to use your own shipping method, no postage fee will be charged. Please contact us at 888-279-3600 for an RMA number and return address.
Note: For your protection, we recommend that you use a trackable shipping service. Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be credited.
- Option 2: Prepaid Return Shipping
If you prefer to use our pre-paid FedEx return shipping label, a postage fee of $7.95 (per label) will be deducted from your refund. Drop off the package at any FedEx drop-off location or store.
A restocking fee of 10% will be charged for all returns with 3 or more items. Your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your package. Credit will be issued using the same payment method as the original order. We’ll send you an email confirmation when your refund has been issued. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 3-7 business days for the funds to be posted to your account.
Please note:ALL RETURNS WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER ON THE RETURN PACKAGE WILL BE REJECTED BY OUR WARESHOUSE. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not repair, replace or refund claims for merchandise not purchased on our website. Any claims must be handled with the store where the shoes were purchased in accordance with their store’s return & refund policy.
