How do I know which size is appropriate for me?
Yellow Box products run true to their stated sizes (as opposed to "vanity" sizes that are sometimes seen with fashion apparel). Unless otherwise stated, all Yellow Box shoes are designed to accommodate a standard, medium-width fit. Individual design and manufacturing may occassionally result in some deviations from this, but in general this is reliable place to start.
That being said, bear in mind that is only a guideline. Some styles are purposely designed for a looser and more casual fit, whereas others are a closer and more designer fit. Looking at the product itself will often give a very good indication of whether they will, by design, run a closer or looser fit. We do our best to identify any particular fit peculiarities in the product notes whenever possible.

I would like to make a return. What should I do?
We certainly hope that you love every item you purchase from us, but we know that sometimes it just doesn't work out. That's ok -- we have a couple of ways that can hopefully make things right for you. Click here to see our dedicated page for returns for much more information. Can I change or cancel my order?
If you would like to change or cancel an order, please call our offices as soon as possible. If you are ordering outside of our normal working hours, then do send us an email referencing your order number (found at the end of checkout, or on your receipt which was emailed to you), and detail the changes you would like to make, and your contact information if possible. We will do our best to make the changes before your order is shipped out.
Be advised that changing an order may impact your order's eligibility in any discounts or promotions that were available at the time of ordering. Also, if you are cancelling an order, be advised that the process of refunding to your account may require additional processing time by your credit card company.Return to Top
How do I use a promo code towards my purchase?
Your promo code can be entered and applied to your order from shopping cart page. Be sure to you are logged in and enter in the code exactly into the entry field, and don't forget to click "Apply". You should subsequently see a confirmation message at the top of your screen informing you whether the promo code was successfully applied to order, or not. This can be further verified by checking to see if the promotional offer appears in the order summary at the bottom of the page, along with your final order amount.

I found some great styles in your catalog, but I am worried about them fitting. What is the best way to make sure I get something that will fit?
In general, Yellow Box products run true to their stated sizes. However, bear in mind that is only a guideline, as some styles are purposely designed for a looser and more casual fit, whereas others a closer and more designer fit. That being said, the most important thing you can do is to be sure to look carefully at product photos prior to making your selection. Although comfort is often cited as a hallmark quality of Yellow Box products, even we can't make a pair of heels wear like your favorite sneakers.Return to Top
Is it possible for me to return or exchange a Yellow Box product that was not purchased directly from Yellow Box Shop Online (https://www.yellowboxshoes.com/)?
Yellow Box Shop Online is unable to return or exchange a product that was not purchased through us. Your product was purchased subject to the terms set forth at your original place of purchase, and are subject to the specific policies of, or laws and regulations specifically applicable to, that particular retailer. For example, the product you purchased may have been specifically marked as and sold as "clearance" or "as-is". Please contact your original place-of-purchase for more information.
While we expect a certain professional standard from our authorized retail affiliates, we do not, nor are we able to, dictate their individual store policies.

Some of the ornamentation has fallen off my shoes! Can you provide me with some replacement parts?
With the size and ever-changing nature of Yellow Box's product catalog, we generally do not maintain a ready supply of spare parts for all our products. Nonetheless, we'd be happy to take a look for you, but please accept our apologies beforehand if we are unable to locate it for you.
Be sure to include current pictures, the style name, and the approximate original date of purchase when you contact us. This information will greatly improve our odds of finding the right part.Return to Top
I love my (style name)! Where can I purchase another pair?
Like most fashion merchandise, Yellow Box products are often produced for that current season only. So what that often means is, that favorite of yours was likely a limited production product that may simply no longer be available anywhere.
Certainly, Yellow Box Shop Online works hard to make sure we have the best, most up-to-date, and most complete collection of Yellow Box products anywhere. But even we do not have everything, and may not have the exact size or color that you are looking for. If you fall in love with a pair of Yellow Box shoes while out shopping, we highly recommend you purchase it right there, because even we may not have it.
But if you are absolutely certain you want to try and find a particular shoe, feel free to contact our customer service and we'll do our best to find it for you. I am looking for a style in a particular size, or a particular color -- can you help?
There is nothing more frustrating than finding that perfect style, but then finding that particular color or size you are looking for is not available. Just as with the above question, if you find something you absolutely LOVE and exactly how you want it, we recommend you snap it up on the spot!
While we try to make sure the most up-to-date product availability information is online, we are bound to misplace a thing or two. If you found something in our catalog that you absolutely MUST have, we'd be happy to keep a look out for it just in case we happen across it somewhere.Return to Top
Does Yellow Box also produce the (brand name) line of products?
Yellow Box currently only manufacturers and markets the "Yellow Box" brand and family of products.
Be aware that some products and manufacturers are misrepresenting themselves as, or marketing themselves as "Yellow Box" product when they, in fact, are not. However, the difference in quality and comfort of a true Yellow Box product is hard to replicate.
It's not rocket science, but the quality of our products certainly is more than skin deep -- beginning with an exhaustive development process with our designers and product engineers. Added to that is nearly two-decades of experience producing quality-constructed fashion footwear. It is the little details that makes things like Yellow Box's signature EVA foam-core sandals a standard-bearer in industry.
To be sure you are indeed purchasing a quality Yellow Box product, be sure to purchase from reputable retailers, and always look for the distinct "Yellow Box" brand markers throughout the product and packaging. Yellow Box currently has one official retail channel: Yellow Box Shop Online (https://www.yellowboxshoes.com/). It is also the only entity that is licensed to directly represent itself as "Yellow Box".
Yellow Box retailing affiliates are authorized to sell "Yellow Box" products, but they should never be directly representing themselves as "Yellow Box".

Yellow Box Shop Online was selected to join the Google Trusted Stores program. To help shoppers identify online merchants that offer a great shopping experience, the Google Trusted Store badge is awarded to e-commerce sites that demonstrate a track record of on-time shipping and excellent customer service.
