How can I contact customer service?


Our Yellow Box Shop Online customer service team is here to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have. For any and all inquiries, please send us an email to info@yellowboxshoes.com.

How do I know which size is appropriate for me?


Yellow Box products run true to their stated sizes. Unless otherwise stated, all Yellow Box shoes are designed to accommodate a standard, medium-width fit. Individual design and manufacturing may occassionally result in some deviations from this. We do our best to identify any particular fit peculiarities in the product notes whenever possible.

I would like to make a return. What should I do?


We certainly hope that you love every item you purchase from us, but we know that sometimes it just doesn't work out. Please click here to see our dedicated page for returns for more information. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time.

Can I change or cancel my order?


If you would like to change or cancel an order, please call our offices as soon as possible. If you are ordering outside of our normal working hours, please send us an email referencing your order number (found at the end of checkout, or on your receipt which was emailed to you), detail the changes you would like to make, and your contact information if possible. We will do our best to make the changes before your order is shipped out.

Be advised that changing an order may impact your order's eligibility in any discounts or promotions that were available at the time of ordering.

I found some great styles in your catalog, but I am worried about them fitting. What is the best way to make sure I get something that will fit?


In general, Yellow Box products run true to their stated sizes. Unless otherwise stated, all Yellow Box shoes are designed to accommodate a standard, medium-width fit. Is it possible for me to return or exchange a Yellow Box product that was not purchased directly from Yellow Box Shop Online?


Yellow Box Shop Online is unable to return or exchange a product that was not purchased through us. Your product was purchased subject to the terms set forth at your original place of purchase, and are subject to the specific policies of, or laws and regulations specifically applicable to, that particular retailer. For example, the product you purchased may have been specifically marked as and sold as "clearance" or "as-is". Please contact your original place-of-purchase for more information.

If you feel that retail place-of-purchase misled you, or your purchasing experience was not handled professionally, we would like to know about it. Please report your experience to our corporate offices so that we may investigate further.

Some of the ornamentation has fallen off my shoes! Can you provide me with some replacement parts?

With the size and ever-changing nature of Yellow Box's product catalog, we generally do not maintain a ready supply of spare parts for all our products. Nonetheless, we'd be happy to take a look for you, but please accept our apologies beforehand if we are unable to locate it for you.

Be sure to include current pictures, the style name, and the approximate original date of purchase when you contact us. This information will greatly improve our odds of finding the right part.

I am looking for a style in a particular size, or a particular color. Can you help?


There is nothing more frustrating than finding that perfect style, but then finding that particular color or size you are looking for is not available. Just as with the above question, if you find something you absolutely LOVE and exactly how you want it, we recommend you snap it up on the spot!

If you found something in our catalog that you absolutely MUST have, we'd be happy to keep a look out for it just in case we happen across it somewhere.

Is (store name) also an official Yellow Box store?


Yellow Box currently has one official retail channel: Yellow Box Shop Online. It is also the only entity that is licensed to directly represent itself as "Yellow Box".

Yellow Box retailing affiliates are authorized to sell "Yellow Box" products, but they should never be directly representing themselves as "Yellow Box".

Can I return my clearance/final sale purchase?


Final sale/clearance may not be returned or exchanged.
